Flashcards
Say or write your answer before you turn the card. Then be honest: rate how well you knew it. Cards you miss come back more often.

Why this works
Test yourself, do not re-read
Pulling an answer out of your memory makes it stronger than reading it again. That is why you answer before you turn the card.
Little and often
Ten minutes on three different days beats thirty minutes once. Cards you rate "Not yet" come back first next time.
Mix the topics
"Mix the order" shuffles the sections. In the exam the questions are mixed too, so you practise choosing the right idea.
Words and pictures together
Some cards have a small diagram. Say what the picture shows in words, and picture the formula in your head.
